Small car rules

1. Any unibody 2 wheel drive car with 108.0 inch or less wheel base.

2. 4 cylinder only unless front wheel drive.

3. All cars must be stripped cleaned. NO junk in cars.

4. Gas tank and batteries must be mounted securely. Trans coolers allowed.

5. Gas tank, battery, and trans cooler boxes cannot strengthen the car in anyway.

6. Doors and trunks/hatch may be welded with max 3 inch by 1/4 inch flat stock.

7. A 4 point cage is allowed. Door bars may not extend more than 6 inches past the inside door seam. Roll bars allowed but must be straight up and down. Gas tank protectors are allowed, no more than 30 inches wide. 4 down legs are allowed from cage to floor but can only be welded on one side of floor. Must be straight up and down. No bars bigger than 6 inches on any part of the cage. No bars within 5 inch's of the firewall.

8. 2 bars are allowed in front windshield area. No rear window bars.

9. Bumpers may be changed.

10. Bumper shocks may be homemade. No longer than 14 inches. No bigger than 2 inch material.

11. Motor and transmission may be changed. No braces, plates or protectors on motor or transmission to control bending.

12. Rearends may be swapped. Rearend braces are allowed but cannot touch the body to control bending.

13. No coil to leaf conversions. Must be factory leaf springs with no more than 2 clamps on each side.

14. 6 4"X4"X1/4" plates allowed if rusted or bent. If body seams are busted open, they may be tack welded. Weld 2 inches skip 4 inches.

15. No wedging. We must be able to see in the trunk of all cars.

16. Slip shafts are allowed.

17. Any type of tire allowed.

18. No more than 2 batteries allowed.

19. Solid suspension allowed. All thread shocks are allowed.

20. We have the right to drill, cut or reject any entry.


Big car rules

1. Cars must be swept clean.

2. Any year sedan or wagon allowed.

3. Doors and trunk can be welded with no bigger than than 3"X1/4" flat stock. No overlapping. Must have access hole to see in trunk. Quarters must stay up. Okay to swag trunk and crease. Front and back window bars are allowed. Front bar cannot touch distributor protector and back bar can be no more than 6" past where speaker deck and trunk lid meet. Hood can be fastened in 6 spots. Allthread counts as two of them. No washers bigger than 5".

4. Four bar cage is allowed. Cannot extend past firewall and no further back than where the kick panel meets the seat. Dash bar must be 5" off the center of the firewall and must be straight across.gas tank protector allowed no wider than 30" and can touch sheet metal but not be fastened. Roll bar must be straight up and over and can be no further back than the kick panel. Four down legs can run from the cage to the frame. Must be straight up and down and can only be welded on one side. None of the cage materal can bigger than 6"

5. Body bolts can be replaced with no bigger than 1" bolts and must have 1" space between body and frame. Two extra body bolts allowed same rules apply to them as the rest. All body bolts must stay inside the frame with no bigger than 3" washers.

6. Seams can be welded from the a-arms forward with single pass 1/4" weld. Front eyes can be cut and rewelded also. Front ends of cars can be tilted and rewelded with single 1/4" welds no adding anything. 22" hump plates are allowed. Must be centered on the humps and contour to the frame. 6 4"X4"X1/4" plates are allowed if bent of rusty.

7. Suspension can be solid. A-arms can be welded with max3"X1/4" plates. Allthread can be used as shocks.

8. Watts link conversions can use after market brackets or cut loose and reweld old style back in place. Lower bracket can be no bigger than 5". On 03 up fords you may change to a 80 up ford K member. Bracket can be welded for steering also. No bigger than 1/4" seam welds on all.

9. Bumper seams can be welded solid. Any year and DEC bumpers are allowed. Homemade bumper shocks are allowed no longer than 12" and no bigger than 2" material. Bumper height no higher than 21" and no lower than 16". Frame no lower than 14" from the ground at the body bolt behind the hump.

10. Distributor protectors, engine cradles, pulley protectors, and head plates allowed. Engine can be chained in 4 spots to the K member only. If they are to the frame they will have to be cut. Distributor protectors cannot be fastened to the car in any way. Slip shafts and rear end braces are allowed. Brace must fit tight to the car and cannot strengthen or control the bending of the car in any way. Any size tire allowed.

11.If rules dont say you can then dont.

12.We have the right to drill, cut, or reject any car.
